I actually think I had a dress very similar to this one. It had a matching duster(coat), remember those?(Oops I am letting on how old I am)
We always had a hat and gloves and matching purses and don’t forget the new patent leather shoes!!!

Oh, yeah, I had a duster one year with my Easter outfit, white gloves, purse shaped like an umbrella, and little white Mary Jane shoes....I thought I was something in my outfit! Thanks for those sweet pictures, they brought back some good memories.

Hi Kathysue,
Yes, I remember the duster coat! Had a peach colored one with a peach and white dress, white patent shoes and white purse.
Thanks for the memories of Easters long ago.

What fun pics Kathysue. I had to coax my little one into wearing a dress today and it was the most casual that she owns....my how times change.
Hope you enjoyed your day and thanks for commenting about the Irish moss...i bought some at Lowe's today to keep in the window behind my kitchen sink. Hopefully I'll keep it alive for a few months!

Hi Kathysue thanks for dropping by love your comments. Yes, as you describe, it this would be a shotgun house. Here in OZ we call it an Edwardian (built 1906) The rooms go of each side until you get to the mid door and then it widens to two rooms each side (a T shape) Thats a photo in my header. Talk to you again soon
