What Is On My MIND!!!

This time of year makes all of us start thinking about the things we would like to do or change in the upcoming year.

Often we have a running list from years past. We also have new things to add to this years list.

We designer types are always spinning with ideas that sometimes can become jumbled in our brains. Or, at least that happens to me.

My mind has been spinning this past week and I have started writing several post about what is on my mind.

Blogging is a wonderful way to keep track of my thought process, however my mind can be a bit jumbled with thoughts from time to time!!

Of course family and friends are always in my thoughts, but no changes needed there, I love them no matter what!!!

Here are just a few of the thoughts  I have been thinking. They are in no particular order.

I think you will be able to tell by the images where my mind has been going, all over the map!!

So tell me, does your mind work like mine?

Can you figure out from the above images what I want to do to make changes in my life and in my home?

Uh, well, you are definitely thinking of organizing, exercising, beautifying and something to do with baskets! My brain is doing the same thing! I am so scattered right now. At 4 am I was thinking that I would dedicate my Monday to purging my closet. Now? Not so much.

My brain is swirling
in a very similar
fashion and I'm jotting
stuff down in notebooks
like a mad woman. After
11 {!!} days of being sick,
I'm finally getting an
energy surge and feel like
there is so much that I
want/need to accomplish.
Here's to getting it done!

Oh to have the energy to move forward on all the ideas that swirl around! You seem to get so much more done than I do. I am thinking about putting better food in my mouth this year, but I still don't love the exercising thing....perhaps because it's 27degrees outside! I'd sure be your walking buddy if I lived close enough! It will be fun to follow along your journey to a more organized and beautified home and body! Here's to you, Kathy!

I am cracking up right now because I feel the same way exactly. Down to we shared one of the same images today. I cannot focus and it is driving me insane. I've been on hormone therapy for the last nine years because I had a complete hysterectomy. We recently weaned me off completely. I'm telling you that what little brain I had left with the hormones. I'm waking up every 30 minutes in a complete sweat and I can't remember my name or what I am supposed to do next. Goals for 2011? Are you kidding? I need some to get through the day! Help!!!

Kathysue,
My list now has lists! I'm a list driven person, if something isn't on my list it doesn't get done! I suspect from the images that you want to do a little wallpapering, organizing, exercising and sprucing up your already lovely home?

It can...I actually like it best when I do have several "irons in the fire"!

Just have to ask...the room with the black stripe/squiggle rug and patterned blue chairs...what was your mind thinking about that one?

My mind has been going in a million different directions lately. I seem to start one task and then hop to another before completing the first task. I need to stop this whirlwind I'm on. I can see from your images that you are thinking about organizing, exercising, baskets, neat and tidy so that probably means purging. Hmm, I'm not so sure about the glasses...do you want to go to the eye doctor?
Hopefully I can stop my mind from racing and get down to cleaning, organizing and purging.
Have a great week.

Hey Kathysue, If your brain will move over just a tad, then mine can jump in and we both can go mad together! LOL.

All my thoughts exactly!

Kathysue, I LOVE the way your mind thinks!!! I am NO designer or decorator... my mind is more of an entrepeneur and it is like that with different business ideas and thoughts. Sometimes I wish I could slow it down, it gets tiring.
I love the pic's you chose to share. Explains everything perfectly!
Have a pretty day!

Well we're thinking about lots of the same things my friend! But mine has random french phrases that I don't understand like this "au cas où je peindre ceci ?" popping in every now and then *winks* Now I think that first image will be popping in as well! Vanna

Well, i'm thinkin' that if you're going to be doing all that you're thinking, you're going to be a very busy girl! :-) I think we're all in the same boat - the new year has a way of doing that to you.

Wow...you are a busy girl. Lots of ideas here.(-: What is going to be fun is seeing when you post the results of all of these great projects.
