When you see the color yellow, don’t you just want to smile?! It is such a happy color.
If you live in a less than sunny climate, yellow just might be your answer to bring sunshine to your yard.
Yellow can be paired with many colors. The above image shows how nice it can look with different shades of gray and white for a clean fresh look.
Yellow is mixed with blue in a fun stripe on this porch. I would love to sit and sip some lemonade on one of these comfy chaises.
By using all yellow, and white, then adding blue in your plantings makes a beautiful setting.
Sometimes a yellow door is just the right solution.
I thought the use of empty frames on the fence was a fun little accent in this yard.
I hope this sunny post has given you a little inspiration for your own yard!

yellow is a color you won't see much of in the midwest so what a treat to see it in these images! a bowl of lemons makes me so happy.

You know- I have an empty spot that just looks BARE on our fence. What a great idea with the frames. I have a ton of them and if I do this I will let you know- Love all the sunshine in this post- xo Diana
