Simple Things That Make My Life A Little Easier

You know the saying, “It is the simple things in life that make me happy!”?

Today I thought I would write a post about some of the simple things in my life that I am happy to have. You know the little things that make every day life a little easier.

One of the most used tools in my kitchen is a little mini whisk that I got from Crate and Barrel years ago.

I use this handy dandy mini whisk all the time. Crate and Barrel no longer carry it, but I understand that you can get it from The Pampered Chef.

Since we are in the kitchen I have a couple of other little goodies that I love, and  they have helped make my life a little easier.

I love my OXO soap dispenser brush. You can find it at Target!! It is so convenient to have dish soap with a push of the button.

I don’t know about you all, but I always have little items in my refrigerator that I want to corral, and I can do it with these little storage baskets.

The next item has made a world of difference in how I can organize my spice cabinet by my stove……

You can order these on amazon, just click on the source under the picture, and it will take you right there.

Nothing life changing, or philosophical antidotes to impress you! Just good old simple things that truly make life a little easier!!

What handy dandy things do you have in your life that make it a little more simple?

  5. Kathysue that is one of the most organized and cleanest fridge's I have ever seen. I have got to take your advice and start using these baskets too. I LOVE the spice holders. I was thinking I could mount these inside of the lower cabinet doors under my range, and it would even free up a drawer (since I am a spice hoarder.) LOL
Love this post. Thanks for the great ideas. xxoo

  6. First off, your fridge looks great- I was just thinking this morning I should get at my own and reorganize it.

One of my best buys is those little packs of paring knives at the grocers/Walmart/wherever. They are about 3 or 4 dollars for a set of 3 r 4 and they are just fantastic for small jobs like paring potatoes, hulling strawberries, etc. They are sharp and stay sharp forever.

Hope you are having a great week so far- xo Diana

  7. i love my pampered chef mini chopper which does all kinds of things but is easy to clean and not electrical. i don't like unpleasant noises machines make in the kitchen so if it can do the job unplugged, i'm in!

    smiles to you.

  10. I can't believe you figured out how to organize your fridge. LOL I never have enough food to worry about organizing it with three kids eating everything within 24 hours of a shopping trip.

I will be getting the spice organizers...that is a great idea.
